About me

Hello I’m Kate Jones creator of Rainbow and Starz. 

The story to how this little Business came around was way back at university when I studied fashion and design in my home town in Wales. Here began journey of writing children’s book along side my clothing collection. After university I moved to the big smoke and became a Junior designer for women’s wear with a background of children design at Mothercare. 

Still I kept my business alive and kept writing books and illustrating in my free time. it wasn’t until having a baby way back in 2019 and moving back to Somerset that I had a now or never moment, and finally launched this business in 2022. Although a small business I have manifested this idea for years and want to bring joy to children whether it’s on their birthday, bed time with stories or decorating rooms with personalised artworks 

This is a shop full of all my goodie’s for children and mum’s.

I also make personalised wonder world's which I take so much enjoyment from drawing, having ten favourite things with a portrait, I love seeing what 

customer and children come up with
